The Public and the members of the Ghana Bar Association are hereby informed that in view of the pending election petition, the former Supreme Court located on the 2^nd Floor of the Supreme Court Building will be re-opened and used alongside the Supreme Court located on the 1^st Floor of the Supreme Court Building.

This decision has been taken to avoid a backlog of cases at the Supreme Court during the pendency of the election petition.

The effective date of the re-opening of the said court is 11^th January, 2021.
