To promote the welfare and wellbeing of the Judicial Service Staff and ensure that the administration of justice remains accessible and fair to all manner of persons.

JUSAG is managed by people who have the technical know-how with substantial industry experience coupled with a keen understanding of labour issues.  Moreover, the management team understands local issues, modern financing strategies as well as good marketing skills.  The Association also employs the services of leading professionals to create a focused tactical direction, where necessary. JUSAG has the following governing structure:

  2. National Executive Council (NEC)
  3. National Executive Board (NEB)
  4. Regional Advisory Councils (RACs)
  5. Council of Elders (CoEs)


The Conference

It is the supreme lawmaking body of the Association, made up to representatives of each Registry/Department/Section of the Judicial Service. It is held every four (4) years, known as the Quadrennial Delegates Conference.


The National Executive Council (NEC)

This is the highest decision-making body in the absence of the Conference. It is made up of representatives of each Regional Advisory Council and the National Executive Board (NEB). Total membership is sixteen (16).


The National Executive Board (NEB)

This is the board of directors/national executives responsible for the day to day administration of the Association. It is made up of six (6) elected national officers. They are:

The Regional Advisory Councils (RACs)

This body is made up of past National Officers who provide advisory guidance to the National Executive Council (NEC) and the Association as a whole.
