ESTABLISHMENT OF PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS UNIT OF THE JUDICIAL SERVICE

As part of his crusade to build an honest and transparent Judiciary, the Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. Justice G. K. Acquah in July, 2003, set up the Petitions and Complaints unit to receive complaints from the general public against staff and Judges of the Judicial Service.

LOCATION OF THE UNIT

The office of the Unit is situated at the premises of the 28th February Road Courts complex, Accra , Ghana, West Africa
